Shipping Policy: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. *Shipping cost is calculated based on order size & location.

Return Policy: All our sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Warranty Policy: Limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Carton-Optical will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Coverage for microscope bodies lasts 25 years, for all other products coverage lasts 1 year. Limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by mishandling, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Freight to/from is paid by customers who make the warranty claim.

How long will it take my order to process?

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Why did my shipping cost change after ordering?

  • Since every order varies we charge a base rate in addition to the total weight and size of the package. We manually package your items so that you can receive them all in one shipment.
